Passionate and dedicated to her craft, Alix has over 13 years of experience and has established herself as a go-to beauty expert. Her work can be seen on the red carpet, in magazines, and on television. She has had the opportunity to work with Teddi Mellencamp, Gwyneth Paltrow, Joanna Krupa, Paris Hilton, Robin Roberts, Natalie Alyn Lind, Whitney Port, Allison Sweeney, and Katharine McPhee, to name a few.

Alix obtained her California Esthetics license in 2010. Her desire to expand her knowledge of beauty, skincare, makeup, and, of course, eyebrows led her to earn an accreditation in microblading. From there, Alix’s signature brow “Fluff” was born, taking her career to the next level.

In 2017, with her extensive beauty knowledge, education, business experience, and strong industry connections, Alix chose Los Angeles to follow her passion and launch her first salon, Hairy Little Things. Two years later, she opened her second HLT location in Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach. At her salons, she prides herself on creating a go-to hub for all things beauty.

An LA native with natural brows of genetic gold, Nika was constantly teased during her childhood for her bushy brows. Now, she gets to give HLT clients the same level of brow envy!

Nika is a licensed esthetician and apprenticed in microblading under Alixandria Capparelli at HLT. Soon after getting microblading under her belt, Nika pursued lip blushing. She continued her education and obtained advanced lip blush training from world-renowned artists and is certified in multiple advanced techniques.

Nika’s approach is conservative and natural. She believes that building the best brows is a two-way effort and works together with her clients to achieve a shared brow goal. Her priority is to give clients the brows of their dreams! With lip blush, Nika focuses on balance, symmetry, and enhancing her clients’ lip shape and color. All clients will need is some clear brow gel and lip gloss, and they’re good to go!

Born and raised in California, Gwendolyn is a lover of all things cute and beauty.

Gwen completed her esthetics training in mid-2018 and soon after obtained her California esthetician license. She fell in love with the art of lashing soon after getting licensed and received additional training in classic and hybrid lash extensions.

Gwen always works meticulously to enhance her clients’ natural beauty. Her favorite part about lashing is discussing exactly what her clients want and how they want to achieve it.

Born and raised in LA, Mollie is known for her bold, full lash styles, creating stunning shapes to best fit each client. Each set she creates is customized to fit the client’s eye shape while maintaining the health of their natural lashes.

Mollie takes pride in her education. She has and continues to rigorously train with some of the most talented lash artists in the industry to ensure she stays up to date with the best techniques and products.

Mollie has a reputation for being creative, unique, and down-to-earth. The most important thing to Mollie is making sure each client leaves happy, relaxed, and more confident.

With over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nicole’s talents range from makeup artist and hairstylist to lash technician and licensed esthetician. Nicole’s beauty résumé includes names like Nicki Minaj, Teddi Mellencamp, Cara Santana, Janina Gavankar, Paris Hilton, Crystal Hefner, Gene Simmons, Whitney Port, Damon Wayans Jr., and Kevin Hart. She has worked in nearly every entertainment industry medium, including live television, print, and social media influencers.

An OG in the lash game, Nicole has been lashing since 2012 and still gets excited for every set she does. Nicole’s aesthetic is natural glam with a side of “are those your real lashes?” Enhancing a woman’s beauty is her specialty. Nothing makes her happier than giving her clients that extra confidence to conquer their day!

Natalie Rodriguez

Born in Washington and raised in California, Natalie is currently living her childhood dream of working in the beauty industry.

After taking HLT’s first-ever microblading course, Natalie fell in love with all things PMU. Soon after, she apprenticed under Alixandria for microblading and Nika for lip blush.

Natalie aims to boost the confidence of all her clients while providing them with the brows and lips of their dreams. She is very passionate about her work and strives to perfect her craft.

Julia Zanella

Originally from Brazil, Julia has been living in LA for the past five years. After graduating in psychology, she realized the corporate world wasn’t for her and decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry—her true passion!

Certified in microfeathering by renowned PMU professionals in Brazil, and eager to continue learning, Julia became Nika’s apprentice for lip blush, a procedure she instantly fell in love with.

Julia’s goal as a brow and lip artist is to enhance her clients’ natural beauty, which she is a huge advocate of. With her sweet personality and genuine care for her clients, you’ll leave the salon feeling beautiful both inside and out.

Alyssa is a Newport Beach native who has always had a knack for helping others feel their best. Growing up there, she developed an appreciation for beauty and style. Now, a mother of two boys she understands the importance of streamlining beauty routines.

Alyssa's lip blush journey began when she trained under the guidance of Nika at an HLT training course and further completed an apprenticeship. This experience ignited her passion for helping people embrace their unique beauty and feel more confident in their own skin

Ashley was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. After graduating from high school, Ashley knew that she wanted to pursue a career in the beauty industry. With a natural talent for skincare and a keen eye for detail, she soon found herself working as a skincare specialist and during her time doing so, she discovered another passion of hers - microblading.

Soon after, she trained with the best in the game, Alixandria Capparelli at HLT. She fell in love with the artistry and precision that comes with microblading, and she soon became known for her natural and subtle approach to eyebrow enhancement.

Ashleys mantra is to do high maintenance things in order to be low maintenance. With a genuine passion for helping others and a deep love for her craft, Ashley’s goal is to make people feel confident and beautiful, both inside and out.

Valeria Arellano

A born-and-raised Los Angeles gal with an obsession for brows that started long before it became my career. After earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Public Health, I realized something was missing. I needed to create and wanted to make people feel beautiful.

In March 2025 I jumped into esthetician school, earned my license August 2025, and never looked back. Fun fact: I actually taught myself brow shaping three years ago in efforts to save money. That self-taught passion turned into something real. That moment where clients gasp and smile after seeing their brows is how I knew this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Born and raised on the Central Coast of California, Presley moved to Orange County three years ago and has truly found her happy place. She became a licensed esthetician in 2016 and immediately dove into the world of lash artistry, quickly falling in love with the craft.

She specializes in lash lifts, brow laminations and natural, soft-looking lashes that feel comfortable to wear and enhance each client’s unique features.
